A Nurse-Led Fall Assessment & Handyman Service for Seniors
Helping Seniors Age at Home Longer.
Small Meaningful Changes. Big Peace of Mind
We Support Senior Independence
Most seniors want to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes for as long as possible.
Our Nurse Handyman Fall-Prevention Service helps seniors and their families take proactive, affordable and practical steps to support safety, confidence, and independence—without pressure or obligation.
In these uncertain economic times, it is vitally important to preserve your assets, including the biggest asset that you accumulated during your working years – your home. The average monthly cost of basic independent living in Colorado is $3,000. These costs are not covered by Medicare or Medicaid and can quickly deplete the assets you worked a lifetime to build. Your home is your security in so many ways.
Insitu (in-sit-you) is a medical term meaning “in its proper place.” Our guiding mission is to keep you in your proper place, your own home. We’ll look at everything in your home environment and your health to help keep you there.
INSITU IS IDEAL FOR:
Pre or Post Surgery Home Preparations
Guidance for Supporting
Aging Parents
Affordable Alternative to
Delay Assisted Living
Need for Objective Assessment For Loved Ones' Living Conditions

WHY CHOOSE INSITU HEALTH SERVICES?
100% of Individual and Home Assessments Performed by Trained Registered Nurses
Nurses are uniquely trained to assess the whole person. Our skilled nurses have decades of experience in healthcare and patient assessments. What makes Insitu Health Services unique is our ability to assess the whole person and their whole individual environment, often called the holistic approach. Together with our clients, we then take the findings to put that assessment into action with thoughtful, affordable recommendations and hands-on home modifications, often the same day. No other fall-prevention assessment service is as complete and comprehensive as ours.
Expert Level Insight from Licensed Professionals.

Small Changes, Big Impact on Safety.
ABOUT OUR PROCESS
A Thoughtful Two-Part Approach to Fall-Risk Assessment.
Choose either one or both steps. You decide.
Both assessments take about an hour total to complete, depending on health and living conditions. Using a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, we visit with you in your home to get a full picture of what’s going on and how we may help. No need to travel to another appointment. Preliminary assessment results are discussed with you on the day of your appointment. The formal assessment results that you can take to your health provider and share with your family are both emailed and mailed to your home soon after the visit.
